You must be 18 years of age or older to use any Tempora product — Kaal Imprint, Kaal Chat, or Kaal Reading (Focused or Full Briefings). By submitting your birth details to any Tempora form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Personalised reads of past life events and forward-window forecasts are unsuitable for minors. The platform refuses submissions where the date of birth indicates the user is under 18, and any data submitted by a minor (deliberately or via misrepresentation) will be deleted on discovery without obligation to deliver a product or refund.
If you are submitting birth details on behalf of another person, you are responsible for ensuring that person is 18 or older and has consented to their data being processed by Tempora.

An AI-powered conversational interface that interprets your Vedic birth chart — dasha periods, planetary positions, divisional charts, and transits — in response to your questions. Kaal Chat operates on a credit-based system and is accessed via your account at tempora.ltd.
A comprehensive written analysis of your birth chart, delivered to your email within 48 hours of confirmed payment. The Reading covers your natal chart, current dasha period, key transits, and a structured timing overview based on your birth data.
Both products map structural conditions. Neither predicts outcomes. All output describes tendencies, historical correlations, and timing patterns derived from your birth data. Nothing produced by Tempora constitutes a guarantee, forecast, or certainty about future events.

Kaal Chat is designed to decline certain categories of questions and will respond with a standard message instead of engaging with the content. These include:
These limits exist because chart analysis cannot and should not be used as a basis for decisions in these domains. If you encounter a question that Kaal declines, this is by design.
Chart analysis depends on the accuracy of birth data you provide — date, time, and place of birth. Even small errors in birth time (15–30 minutes) can shift chart calculations meaningfully. Tempora is not responsible for inaccurate analysis resulting from incorrect birth data.
Kaal Chat is an AI system. Its outputs are generated by a language model interpreting astronomical data. Like all AI, it can make errors, misinterpret patterns, or produce outputs that do not align with your experience.
Kaal Readings are produced with care using the same astronomical data. The analytical framework is consistent, but the interpretation of chart patterns involves judgment. Readings reflect Tempora's methodology and should not be treated as objective fact.
You are responsible for how you choose to use or act on any information Tempora's products provide.
Kaal Chat operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per response. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
Readings (Focused Briefing ₹499 and Full Briefing ₹999) are delivered to your email within 48 hours of confirmed payment. If Tempora is unable to deliver your Reading due to a technical failure on our part, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
Post-delivery refund window: if you find a material accuracy problem with your Reading within 7 days of delivery (e.g. the planetary positions don't match an independently-computed sidereal chart, or the dasha calculations are demonstrably wrong), email shivani@tempora.ltd with the issue and we will offer a full refund or a corrected re-issue at no charge. After 7 days, no refunds or re-issues are available.
Birth-time accuracy is your responsibility. Vedic dasha calculations are highly sensitive to birth time — a 5-minute error can shift period boundaries by months. We compute the chart from the date, time, and place you submit; if those are inaccurate, the Reading will be inaccurate. We do not offer chart-rectification services. If you are unsure of your birth time, please establish it independently (e.g. via your birth certificate or a qualified Jyotishi who specialises in rectification) before ordering.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay and subject to their terms of service.
To generate your chart, both products require your date, time, and place of birth. This data is stored securely and used exclusively to compute your chart and generate outputs personalised to your birth positions.
For Kaal Chat, your birth data and conversation history are associated with your account email. For Kaal Reading, your birth data and contact information are retained for delivery and support purposes.
We do not sell your personal data. We use third-party services (hosting, payment processing, AI narrative generation) to operate the service — each is disclosed in our Privacy Policy. De-identified, aggregated patterns from briefings may be used to refine our methodology; your personally identifiable information is never used for that purpose.

All content on tempora.ltd — including research notes, articles, the Kaal interface, and system design — is owned by Tempora Research. Chart outputs and Readings generated for you based on your birth data are provided for your personal use. Tempora retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated insights from usage patterns to improve its products.
Tempora Research and its operators shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on outputs from Kaal Chat or Kaal Reading. Both products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempora's liability to you for any claim arising from use of these products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or credit pack giving rise to the claim.
Tempora may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
The service is operated by Casa Polos, a registered firm in India, operating the Tempora brand.
