Tempora Research

Research notes and methodology.

Tempora Research publishes numbered notes, methodology and a live forward-call tracker. The notes set the framework the engine runs on. The canonical charts and methodology pages document the inputs. The tracker logs every dated call before the result is known and grades it in public. Method articles and case studies sit on the findings page.

Section 1 · Research notes

The numbered notes that anchor everything else.

Tempora research notes are long-form documents that set the methodology, document the calibration and record the forward-call frame. The numbered sequence starts at 001. Read these to understand how every finding on the site is computed.

001
Introduction
A Statistical Introduction to Vedic Temporal Methods
The Russia signal. Saturn return inflection. A mathematical framework for what the ancients computed by hand. The first publication of Tempora's calibration approach against historical national events.

A Computational Framework for Vedic Charts: Swiss Ephemeris and True Pushya Paksha Ayanamsa
The two independent decisions every chart computation rests on. The ephemeris, the ayanamsa, the lagna and the divisional structure. The substrate every Tempora claim about a chart depends on.

NewMethodology
Vimshottari Dasha: Period Architecture for Temporal Prediction
The 120-year planetary period cycle the classical Vedic tradition uses to anchor temporal reading. Allocation, sub-periods, the lord-of-period convention and the empirical fit against the historical record.

NewMethodology
Public Reconciliation: A Framework for Testable Forward Calls
The methodological discipline that closes the loop between published claim and observed outcome. Window discipline, test conditions, the named mechanism and the public tracker as the receipt the methodology stakes itself on.

Calibration Study: Dasha Accuracy Against Historical Events
Backtesting the Vimshottari dasha system across 200 years of verified events. Methodology and accuracy baseline.

Prediction Tracker: 2024 to 2027
Logged predictions with outcome tracking. Updated as events resolve. The only honest test of any forecasting system.

The Classical Yoga Library: Pancha Mahapurusha, Raja, Dhana and Vipareeta Detection
The catalogue of named structural patterns the Vedic literature attributes interpretive consequence to. The pentad, the Raja and Dhana families, the Vipareeta variant, and Gaja Kesari, Budhaditya, Chandra-Mangala and Kemadruma. A worked example reads the India 1947 chart firing report.

NewMethodology
The Mundane Atmakaraka Method: Reading the Dominant Theme on a Country Chart
The classical Jaimini rule applied to a country chart names the highest-degree natal planet as the soul-significator and its classical theme as the chart's dominant long-arc signature. A worked example reads India 1947, Iran 1979 and Israel 1948 side by side.

Commodity Cycles in Brihat Samhita Chapter 31: A Classical Reading on Seventeen Asset Classes
Varahamihira's sixth-century commerce-and-commodity chapter names seventeen distinct asset classes the classical Indian economy traded, with a structured set of rules tying planetary states and transits to directional price movement. A worked example reads the LBMA gold chart current cycle.

The Personal Imprint: Chart-Side Reading for the Individual
The chart computed at the moment of arrival is the structural fingerprint the classical tradition reads against. This note documents the four-input capture, the four reading layers (yoga library, Atmakaraka, dasha period state, transit modulation), and the connection between the research register and the Kaal consumer product. A worked example reads the Modi chart at the current query date.

The Saturn-Aries Macro Window: A Debilitation Transit Across National Charts (2025 to 2027)
Saturn enters Aries in March 2025 and remains in the sign through mid-2027 — the most structurally-stressed transit in the planet's twenty-nine-and-a-half-year cycle. The note documents the classical reading, the 1996 to 1998 and 1967 to 1969 historical parallels, and the cross-chart cluster of forward calls anchored in the macro window.

NewTracker
The Public Tracker, Year One: 97 Published Forward Calls, 4 Resolved Verdicts and the Discipline That Holds Both
Year one of the public scoreboard. 97 published forward calls, 1 MET (call 035, March 2026 India double-eclipse), 3 FAILED (gold band overshoot, West Bengal seat allocation, retracted Rahu-Pisces water-events), 93 pending. A worked example reads the call 035 audit trail as the canonical illustration of the reconciliation discipline in operation.

Section 2 · Methodology

The inputs to every dated call.

Tempora reads against canonical charts. Each chart was selected after auditing alternates, and each carries a calibrated lift figure documented in note 005. The methodology is auditable and the input charts are public.

Reference
Canonical charts
India 1947 Taurus rising, Russia 1991, US 1776 Sibly, UK 1801, China 1949, Pakistan 1947. Anchors used for all national-chart computation.
Note 005
Calibration methodology
Backtesting Vimshottari dasha against verified historical events. Per-signature lift figures and the audit principles that govern every published call.
Note 001
Statistical introduction
The framework, the input layers (Swiss Ephemeris, True Pushya Paksha sidereal, Whole Sign houses), and the reconciliation condition discipline.

Section 3 · Forward-call tracker

Every dated call, logged before the result.

A claim qualifies for the tracker when it is dated, testable, and posted before the result is known. Each row carries a date, a claim, a result window, and the reconciliation condition. Reconciliation lands within 24 hours of the window closing.
